Persephone Tea

This blend is named after Persephone, Queen of the Underworld and Goddess of Spring. She is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter and was kidnapped by Hades, she becomes his queen but due to her mother's sorrow, she was supposed to leave the Underworld forever. Hades, however, had her eat 3-6 pomegranate seeds, causing her to have to return to the Underworld for the same amount of months each year. This tea represents the heartbreak she has for having to leave her mother and having to leaver her husband.

Ingredients: Damiana, hibiscus, chamomile, rosehips, rose, and a little love and magick.
